Fees, Payment and Cancellation
Fees
Initial consultation (1 hr) $500
Includes comprehensive psychiatric history, focused review of current life challenges and consideration of themes for intention-setting with either Dr. Ahmed or Dr. Jain
Pre-ketamine preparation and intention-setting (30 min) $250
Review of consent forms, preparation process and intention-setting one week prior to ketamine administration
Ketamine administration (2 hrs) $1000
Includes facilities fee, medical monitoring and ketamine administration by both Dr. Ahmed and Dr. Jain. Your intention will be reviewed during a guided meditation ritual
Ketamine assisted psychotherapy (1.5 hrs) $750
Post-administration discussion of ketamine experience and relevance to intentions and life themes. The psychotherapeutic process will occur over a light meal, which will be provided and served by both Dr. Ahmed and Dr. Jain
If you choose to undergo multiple sessions of ketamine-assisted psychotherapy within 3 months of your first session, you will not be charged for the initial consultation or pre-ketamine preparation. Multiple treatments are subject to our medical discretion and opinion, and may not be offered as an option if we deem it to be unsafe.
Payment
Payment can be made in full prior to the initial consultation, or divided into 3 payments of $500 prior to the initial consultation, $500 prior to the pre-ketamine preparation session and $1500 prior to the day of ketamine administration. We will not proceed with ketamine administration unless payment is made in full beforehand.
A reduced fee is available at our discretion. Reduced fee payment must be made in full prior to the initial consultation.
Cancellation
You will not be charged if you cancel any of your appointments two weeks prior to the scheduled time.
You may reschedule your initial evaluation but no refund will be offered if you cancel your appointment with less than 2 weeks notice. Rescheduling is subject to provider availability.
